These Beecraft Spacers are designed to ensure optimal air circulation between stacked layers thereby ensuring a faster, uniform and more effective freezing and defrosting.
The layers are manufactured in HDPE – a material resistant to most acids and chemicals. Consequently, the freezer Spacers can be used again and again and are a profitable investment.
These Beecraft Spacers can be delivered in the stock colours black and blue or manufactured in special colours on request.
It is not only a question of efficiency but also food quality and price, as an uneven defrosting will result in a lot of meat-juice which negatively influences the quality of the meat but also the weight and with this the price.
